The bed and sheets were so so comfortable! Probably the best nights sleep in a long while! Cookies are yummy and free!! The staff is wonderful and the roomservice breakfast was delicious! We were very sad to go!!. location and a very comfortable bed..Many people do not like doonas and my request for a blanket instead was promptyly answered .convenient to many of the subway stations Ver comfortable bed.

Location only. two elevators for 27 floors is not enough and there were occasional waiting periods. The light at the desk was bright but the lights near the bed were not strong enough to read in bed Would prefer a woolen blanket instead of a doona. Free wifi is a little slow But for business travelers there is an option to pay for a faster connection.only two elevators, if there is a big traffic you may have to wait. It happens to us once in two days. . Construction was ongoing during my stay. To expensive for limitted space. Rug need to be clean. Looking at the piles of trash bags stacked up in front of your hotel. 30 to 50 bags of trash is not something you want in sitting in front of your entrance. Room a bit on the small side. Old lobby Check in times. neighborhood is not that good: dirty streets, Chinese shops and other properties seems decaying. None. bed mattress was too soft. small sink in bathroom. There's not a refrigerator in the room I stayed. other than that it was great. The hotel is decent yet slightly overpriced. Nicer hotel than many in nyc. Not worth the price due to location, tiny hallway, and compared to other hotels. Also, tv didn't work and had repair guy there for 45min at 9pm fixing tv. Everything else. Food was terrible and over priced, room in poor state of repair, gym was never cleaned or stocked,. Room I checked in was ugly, dark, on the lowest level - just above the ground giving on the dirty backyard. Not at all what you could get for almost 250$ per night. Only after 2 days 'fight' I was checked in to normal standard room - it was OK :(. Rooms were very small. Gym was in the basement, poorly equipped and difficult to get to.
