Great location next to world trade center memorial. It was clean and the bed overall was comfortable. It would not be my first choice, but I would stay again if it is the one available. Parking in the street is fairly easy to find on weekends for free. The hotel also offers nearby parking for a reasonable fee nearby, drawback is that it does not have in and out privileges. Tip, ask for high floor and room with large windo as they show in the photos.
all reviews » I like all the extras- free coffee/tea/cappuccino/cold drinks all the time in the comfy Club Lounge plus snacks at night. Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms. Great location close to many subway lines. Excellent restaurant and spectacular view on the top floor. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They were able to accommodate both an early check in and a late check out for us. The hotel amenities are beyond my expectations for the price, and served its purpose for our leisure trip to NYC. The city views from our 18th floor room were incredible. The rooms are not very big, but very well appointed and immaculate. Quality of the hotel was great and so was the view. They ran out of Standard rooms which is what I reserved so they upgraded me at no cost which was amazing. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The view from the 20th floor was incredible. The prices were comperable for the hotels in the area and for what you got and the location. This was a really great hotel! The staff were very nice. The view from the restaurant was fantastic with perfect views of the World Trade Center memorial. The rooms were small but comfortable and very well equipped. It was very nice to be able to get bottled water right on each floor and there was a nice coffee and tea making facility near the lobby. Our stay was fabulous from start to finish. The staff were friendly, especially to our children, the location was ideal and the hotel is very quiet and well sound proofed. Our room was big by NYC standards and the bed was very comfortable. The price was outstanding and we highly recommend Club Quarters World Trade Centre. You can't beat the views from the top of this hotel. The location was well "guarded" by police due to it being right next to the memorial site. The room was nice and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff of the resturant at the top of the hotel was nothing short of awesome. The food was excellent as well. The highlights of my stay were: 1. Free water! Purified water stations on every floor with bottles provided so you can take water outside the hotel. 2. Free WiFi (that's always a plus) 3. Excellent view of the Freedom Tower and WTC memorial from the rooftop restaurant 4. Very reasonable rate. This is a great hotel to stay in if you are wanting to see the World Trade Center site. It is a NEW building and this is very hard to find in New York. The hotel is clean and polished and the restaurant on the top floor overlooking the Trade Center Memorial is great for the food and view. Staff were really lovely, always willing to assist. The Trade center hotel and Club Quarter were right next to each other and I mistakenly went in the wrong one. They took care of it no problem and booked me in a room. Lovely place, nice little restaurant. The personnel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hostess in the restaurant saw us taking a picture and volunteered to take it for us. A very quiet room and hotel with a great location. Our room had a small kitchen complete with basic appliances and utensils. I have stayed at other similarly priced hotels nearby that we're much more comfortable. nothing. The location is ideal for business travelers, but not as much for tourists since most of the attractions are North of the financial district. The 9/11 memorial next door also means the hotel has a noisy construction site right next door, though during the weekend it was not an issue. There was nothing I didn't like. It would have been nice to have a minibar in the room. Neither of the two exercise bikes worked. I was compensated with a free breakfast which, although very nice, was the opposite kind of compensation that I needed. I was told that the manager would contact me and he never did!. The bed in the room was a bit stiff for my own personal preference. I did not see any of the free snacks that I was told would be provided in the common area. I can't complain too much since the rate was very decent, but here are the "cons" 1. Rooms were pretty small 2. Hallways and elevators were not air conditioned (at least not during my stay) so it was really muggy & uncomfortable 3. Location isn't so easy to get to for those who don't know the area, due to construction & road closures around WTC. The construction noise at 7:30 am. Breakfast was a little on the pricey side, although still tasty. Cheaper options around, not one for those trying to have the cheapest NY holiday although worth the money in our opinion. Hotels in ny are just so expensive its difficult for a person such as me to vacation there. :-/. There wasn't anything we didn't like. If we are able to return to NYC we will most definitely stay here again!. The restaurant was nice, but few choices and when asked about a small fruit plate to take to my room for dessert, was offered one for $14. The lack of a Gideons King James Bible in the room. nothing really,. Nothing. Carpet wasn't clean. Noises we would hear off and on. Only minor things. For example, coffee machine contained old used pack of coffee inside when I opened it. Rooms a bit small but that's NY. No iron in room. Draft coming in through the balcony doors!! It was fine with curtain closed, but if we wanted to look at the WTC memorial, it was drafty. Someone was smoking also and it was blowing into our room. Used bath towel on desk chair when I checked in. Sewing needle on floor, glad I didn't step on it barefoot. Cigarette butts on balcony. Stale and expired popcorn in minibar, spoiled and expired yogurt at breakfast. The room was very small and had no refrigerator. The location was a little isolated. 49$ parking/day with valet is a little expansive. Public parking was 39$/day at 2 blocs walk from hotel. Our room was not cleaned when we were back at 4 o'clock pm but it was made verry fast. Nothing. Having to check out after only 1 night. Couldn't find a nice restaurant/bar of our taste very easily the first night, right after check in. Would be awesome if a great local pastry place could be your official croissant provider for continental breakfast. We ended up going to FIKA which was great too. Nothing. Kind of hidden away, can get busy with tourist, but not that big of a deal. That there wasnt room service after 11 p.m. The person who cleaned the room didnt dust the furniture. The towels didnt dry and they smelled humid . Room somewhat small and the bed was not very comfortable. Also, sevral more pillows wo.uld have been nice. Shower drained very slowly. Difficult to get to with all the construction. Nothing really. Breakfast not included in cost of room accommodation, weak wifi signal in the room. Rooms are a bit small - but not a big problem for a couple day visit. We had a problem with our key and the receptionist was rude about it.
