The staff was so welcoming and friendly! At one point, i dropped a Tiffany and Co braclet down the drain! They retreived it in seconds to my surprise! The staff was also helpful with directions. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was super clean. The location was great for us. This was our first trip to New York and it was a difficult decision to make on the location of the hotel. We were two women alone and were concerned about safety. It was just what we needed.
