Staff is amazing, both in the front desk, services and lounge. Once you go in, you are handled in the best way possible, so you can focus on what matters most. Close to Staples where my teenagers attended an event. Club Lounge was wonderful. The staff was friendly and professional!! Thank you for a great stay. Amazing hotel. Stayed at club level. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Perfection!!.
