What did I like about the hotel? Everything! All the staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and stylish. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who may be staying in LA and will be back again for another great experience if I come back to LA. Thank you for an excellent stay. The room was very nice spacious room. It reminded me of an upscale Las Vegas hotel room. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The location was perfect for me and was a 2 minute walk to la live and the staples center.

The noise from outside was very loud. The window to my room faced the street and was just above the bar. I could hear almost every car drive by and voices from the outside bar patio. Overall the stay was great, just remind housekeeping to keep conversation down. Sometimes it was loud around 9am in the hall with a some discussion. Valet parking at $40 for the day. Omg the restaurant was such a let down the longest wait to get served and the food even longer. What a shame because the hotel was amazing the fridge didnt work either but we didnt care the location Amenities far out weighed it all. Only thing I didnt like was the parking was a ripoff.40 Dollars a night is ripoff.should lower it to either 15-20 or be free. The valet parking! Is expensive and it should be included in the hotel price. Not extra. That caught me off guard. Despite the fact that hotel facilities are great; I have noticed that the welcoming of the reception staff were not warming and not smiling. Additionally, they have a mini bar policy by which if any items are removed from the freg a 50 usd shall be charged as stocking fee!. poor internet quality. I think $40.00 to park a car as a paying guest is way too high. The fitness center is as complete joke, it is as small as a closet with just three machines. The bar and restaurant are over priced with poor portions. Fries.. $9 and the basket is tiny. Only 40 to 50 fries. Booked a king size bed, but they didn't have any so I had 2 doubles it was very uncomfortable for me and my husband to fit in such small beds. Room service ends too early. No hot tub. Parking fees Slow service in the bar. street noise cars. Quality of Wi-Fi is poor. Hotel parking area is too expensive. I've asked for a room that has bathtub when I book the room and after I got in. But the person who was helping me with checking in just shook the head and said NO. It was not kind of her not explaining kindly.
