A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. When we had a concern about our room, it was taken care of quickly and without any sense of it being an inconvenience. The proximity to the District shopping area was nice. The shuttle service was also convenient. -

Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had

coffeehouse has the worst coffee I've ever tasted & only fair
service. Valet was great. The housekeepers were sweet. Having to pay for
Internet & no coffee in room were 2 negatives. Would rather pay more
for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't
nickel & dime me.
