Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had in a long while) the eucalyptus steam room is godsend after a long plane ride. The pool is beautiful and clean gets great sun all day. The Adult pool is nice also. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean- the cleaning staff is efficient and pleasant and helpful (I and my daughter have very long hair and requested extra towels and conditioner- no problem). The first room we were assigned (on a non-smoking floor) had a cigarette smell, and once we advised the front desk they were quick to assign a new room and went out of their way to make it up to us. It was one of the best stays we have ever had. The room was beyond fabulous with floor to ceiling windows, 550 sq ft of luxury, and most importantly impeccable. Restaurants are among the best. The staff was very nice, they upgraded our room because it was my husbands birthday I was very pleased and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The restaurants were excellent and we will be staying there again. Although our choice, distance is a little to far from strip. You should have coffee pots in room for the convenience of not having to be some what dressed so early. The coffee, for me, is to strong. Nothing!!. Nada....Perfect!. It was a bit far from the strip. A cab ride was $40 each way. The shuttle is nice but there is a four hour gap in the evening (6:30-10:30) where you cannot get back to the hotel by shuttle. Wish the prices (accross the board) weren't inflated for the holiday weekends. Deters/limits the experience. Not much. For the cost of the room wifi is not included. It is an additional 24.99/night. Other hotels at half the price include wifi. No issues, great place!. Seemed like alot of walking, even though it's not that big, was having to walk from one end to the other quite a bit. No pools or got tubs were open. Its far from the strip. Buffet is a bit on the expensive side. Not as lively as other hotels. Nothing!. the line for the buffet was so long, we did not even go. The smoking in the casino was very evident. It is challenging to be away from the second hand smoke in any public areas - some of the restaurants are open to the rest of the area. $450.00/Night on Saturday and Sunday is ridiculous!. Can't think of anything. We liked it all. unable to find slots that i enjoy in a non-smoking area. The pool, particularly in the summer, should be open at 8 am. The day is wasted when you have to wait until 10 am, particularly when the temperatures are already in the 80's at 8 am. Location (just that little but too far out). Did not win the Sot Ternament. Promotions not applicable since I purchased rooms through a third party website. it was far from the strip around 20 min by car. We took advantage of the free shuttle but would like it if it ran more often. there was nothing around the hotel.. if you did not have a car it was not like you could go out and get food outside the hotel. Situated on outskirts of Las Vegas, requires 15 minute drive to downtown. Need more elevators our room was on the far end of the hotel and it was a long walk down the hall.Over all it is a exclusive resort. Refrigators are not typically inculded in the room. This is strange for this class of resort. Also the internet is not free. I find it strange that Motel 6, Days Inn, etc. Has free internet service and the "M" dose not. The insulation between rooms were poor. One could hear the people next door clearly eventhough they were not loud. One could also hear the showers and the flushing of the toilets. Needs coffee makers in the rooms. Don't think hotel guests should be charged extra to use the fitness center, it's fine to charge for the spa, but not just to spend 30-60 min on treadmill. No disliles. Pool hours ended to early. Screaming kids all day at the pool was not a relaxing situation, kids are great but parents need to control the noise level and respect others there to relax.
