  Excellent & exceeded all our expectations. After stepping in, we were greeted warmly at the reception. Then the lady (don't recall her name, but she stated that she was from Jamaica) provided us with a complimentary upgrade to a "Sea View" room (facing the "Palm Jumeirah").   I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. There are plenty of resturants, cofee ships, bars, Lounge, night club etc.. on this stretch. The hotel itself has a very good ope... what people say » n air bar plus some decent resturants. Service, cleanliness etc.. are all very good. I've stayed in this hotel many times from the time it had intial - Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

  The room was spacious with a large bathroom with toilet separated. It was an ideal business stay if you don't want to break your bank. The lounge was comfortable with a bar counter for fast breakfast. If you are looking for good comfort with less money the Radisson Blu is a good choice. - Welcoming and helpful staff from the moment you arrive at the Radisson to the moment you leave. A very nice spacious room even though we booked the standard double room size. We had a good view of the city. Quiet and relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We did not have breakfast but out of choice. Room service food was excelle

  I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor... what people say » . In short, we liked everything about this hotel and will sure stay here again in the near future. - The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

  Our stay at the Marina Hotel was very pleasant! The staff was incredible nice with us. The location is quite good, near the marina and other good bars. The hotel has shuttles to the beach and the dubai mall. We booked the desert safari with the agency located in the hotel and it was really good. The airport pick up service is good as well. - We stayed in a studio apartment which had a kitchen and we found this useful for making our own breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and the sheets changed every day. It looked out on the busy Sheikh Zayed highway but the traffic noise was very muted. I would consider this hotel very good value for money. It is walking distance from the Metro, Dubai marina and beach.
