Exceptional experience! 1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms! 2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable. 3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail to us. 4- The Premier Suit is pretty big with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi viewing the street! the room has two balconies, two mini-bars, and a Nespres.
all reviews » Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel. Great friendly staff and spacious club room. The breakfast buffet was better than your average 5-star restaurant with more variety. No better choice if you're going to Dubai to shop. If you opt for the club room, you receive complimentary pick-up and drop-off from and to the airport, and since the hotel is literally in Dubai Mall, you will never need to see the inside of a taxi. I would highly reccommend anyone travelling with older children to stay at The Address, we had connecting rooms which were so spacious and comfortable over looking the pool so we could keep an eye on the children from the room, very convenient. Breakfast Buffet was perfect. i like the services and the sute was very nice. my kids love the kids club and the brekfat was very nice. i lile this hotel beacuse it is inside the mall espcally i was alone with one child and one infant , so no need to go out said everthing avalabel anside the hotel from shopping to entertemants to resturents. We liked every thing n the hotel and the studio room was very comfortable and upon request we got the baby cot immediately as we'll as extra pillows, blankets, the staff were friendly and the best part was its location as it was close to the mall and kids with a chance to rest and continue the kids activity. The Address, Dubai mall is an excellent option for those who want to explore the mall. In fact apart from a beach , there is nothing that is not available at the mall. One bed room suite had almost a full kitchen, washing machine.., which is convenient for families with young children. Excellent hotel inside the Dubai mall, nice staff, clean and the studio room was fully equipped. Toilates have water hose suitable for Muslims. Iron, kitchen tools and washing machine. The hotel didn't forget to add any accessories or tools that you might need during your trip. The politeness and professionalism of the staff at the "Club" level, particularly Roland A. No negatives!. the thing that i did not like it, it was when i arrive to the front decik i requsted to upgrade me so i can use the Lounge where the snacks avalabel most of time so i can stay al the day with my kids inside the hotel, but they refuse they told me this is only for clup room, i told them i will pay the deffernt but they did not upgrade me, so this thing that keep me comper between this hotl and the othe hotels which they have this option. Well everything about it was great , the only thing was at 4 am there was a lady crying so loud n screaming who wake me up and she was really super loud speaking weird European language. They forget to prepare honey moon stuff as they told me. I called the house keeping 3 times to get some staff. They charge me for airport shuffle although it was mentioned its free. They send me a paper, call me 3 times to remind me to leave the hotel at 12pm :S They need to have some trained staff. when they make up the room not clean very well. Not enough English language channels on the tv. No drinks or meal service at the pool. The bathroom not comfortable for people with disability. i didn,t receive my room on time. Nothing. the room was disappointing in size. and the water in the shower was barely enough to get wet! I expected much more than we got for the prize we paid. Nothing. - Price is high compared to other similar hotels - No late checkout option every time I stay. The towels clean But old. nothing. The bathroom was to small all cramped up. the front desk told me you got an upgrade, but it wasn't so. they just moved me to another room. the price is a steep one. Excellent for once in a lifetime, not every time. the bathroom was too small for junior suite, there were construction next to the hotel and was noise. food in the room menu too expensive. nothing.
