Well, let's state very clearly, this Hotel, only after 2 weeks grandopening, is one of top 3 Hotels in Dubai. Great team from over 100nations serves and assists guests with perfection, offering fantasticquality food, **Brazilian drinks or Sushi. If you are on business, orjust stop over for fun and shopping (2 min away the biggest Mall in theWorld, this is the address to choose. The Grand rooms and the pool are just excellent. Very good for familyand business.

The room decor was very different, it did feel like home and not just a garage with 4 walls and carpet. Very helpful and cheerful staff, spacious and luxurious rooms, excellent breakfast, right next to important locations (Dubai Mall, Burj Dubai). The view is amazing. The largest mall: Dubai Mall is just a walking distance, and you get to see the highest tower in the world: Burj Dubai. Surrounding area currently under construction, lack of shuttles to some key areas. no taxi. The only annoying thing was that the hotel is still surounded with alot of construction. But that is going to be temporary.The shower temperature wouldn't stay the same. It kept switching between boiling hot and freezing no mater what the temperature gauge was reading which was very annoying. There was a lot of building works around the hotel as well, but everything else made up for these faults as the hotel was amazing. Staff is still a bit lost! I had to wait 45min at the Reception to check-in, but at 8.00 p.m ! You need a reservation! First time the did have a room for me since I had no Reservation, shame I had to book through booking.com what was even cheaper! They should think about walk-in guests !!!. Breakfast was a little too expensive and coffe/tea service was sometimes slow. the way they gave me the room in 8th floure while i asked 4 higher. slow pace, staff not trained enough, hotel open only since october and they need another few months to get up to the mark. The only thing annoying is the housekeeping, they should improve their services. They were kind of not organized, and I have already raised a complainduring my stay, for ex. I was sleeping and my room was on dnd and onefrom the staff came in to my room checking the mini bar early morning.That really annoyed me.Plus the alarm bell rang in the whole hotel.While we were sleeping. Other than that the house keeping were late ineverything whenever we ask for anything from them. services.i arrived hotel at 4 and i entered my room at about 5 :30.the room's key didn't open two times and they change my room and they gave me key for room but i surprised that somebody inside. wireless interent is very poor in rooms. We arrived and we're told we had to wait 45 minutes for our room We got toour room after an hour and it wasn't a King as booked on your site, it wasa twin! It took a further hour to get a new room which was a King.Thesuite was an upgrade and looked great, the utilities were not wellfinished. Cupboards refused to stay closed. The Bath would take 3 hoursto fill up. Plug sockets were not functioning.i didn't like many thing in this hotel: 1.i took one bed room apartment, but the bedroom is very very small. 2. there was no TV in bedroom. 3. there was no small bottle of water in the bathroom. 4.we ordered food two times, they brought them in plastic box! maby beacuse we are in apartment and there are plates in the kitchen! 5. Staff is new.
