A new new hotel, open 4 days. Beautiful hotel. Great location short taxi ride from Jumeriah Beach ares. Staff were fantastic. I would definitley stay again!. The whole experience was great and your staff are a real credit.i like the hospitality and dealing with us as the oner of hotel. the lobby and the nice staff ,,,, room ,bar. excellent value for money.

A really nice hotel, would use again anyday that i might travel back to dubai. The hotel its self is well placed for many of the main atractions in dubai , eg wild wadi and the mall of the emirates. staff, cleanines ofnthe facilities especialyy the swimming pool. the staff was polite, and every thing is new in their rooms. Large comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Room cleanliness ..Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean. Choices of onsite restaurants - needed as there is construction all around hotel. Spa attendants very nice, helpful and accomodating. An excellent hotel close to the centre of "New Dubai". A service level worthy of a 5 star destignation.it is a 5 star hotel and the service was for 5 stars. it was ecxellent in every thing. The location was amongst a building site which was a bit of a down side, but nothing unusual for Dubai.really nice one. The access to the hotel by car is not easy. Internet price was expensive. the lack of taxis was the only issue but this seems to be a problem all over dubai. lack of faciliites i.e coofee shops etc. hotel expensive to eat and drink. Building works on going outside. the delay from the room service. Currently the building work going on around the hotel which I appreciate is not the fault of the hotel. It is not easy to reach the hotel because of the construction works around !!. The location due to cost to much by taxi because no body no direction. travel office - nice people but not helpful, renting a car impossible even though it is advertised. Would try to find other assistance, i.e. hotel services - very helpful.As of December 2008 this hotel is surrounded by construction sites. The sound isolation is good, but expect to be able to hear construction noise in all rooms of this hotel. We also at some point had an issue with noise leakage from a neighbouring room. The hotel staff responds excellently to complaints about this. The area is quiet new so it taked you quiet sometime to figure out howto get out to the main road. Concierge Services are of very poor quality. 1-Internet service in my designated room was not working during my 4 days IT tray to help but? 2-I Tray to receive faxes from abroad but hotel and business center was not receiving due to busy lines. Paying for wireless internet in my room using my computer is a reasonnot to book this hotel again - apart from that very happy andrecommended for hotel next to Emirates golf course and beach hotels. the current construction mess to get there.Many taxis did not know where the hotel was. Car parking. as ıt ıs a new hotel taxi drivers could not find the hotel. Spent several times more than one hour in taxi instead of 20 minutes. The hotel is better known as millenium tower. I did not like the hote srounding because still noizy.Internet access much too expensive and inflexible (e.g not possible for 3 days only). Personnel at breakfast tries always to charge most expensive beakfast. It took 20-25 mins to check in at 3am because their reservations department did not put in the same rate as per booking.com offer in their hotel system!. Dificult to reach. Very Noisy Air conditioning units outside disturbed sleep. breakfast buffet was not so good. the price too expinsive. breakfast for room service was very dissappointing. tasteless and coffee cold. Thir are no shops or ATM,. value for money in services. I faced a problem in one of the bathrooms as there were a water leakage spreading the water all over the bath floor which made me angry. Some of the services that should be in the room were not there unfortunately which took me lot of time keep calling them once came across that provided I stayed only one night!!! also the view of the room was not interesting!!. Location is currently in the middle of a building site. Access by road is not easy. difficult to reach the hotel, bad roads alot of construction, dirty surroundings. breakfast, both buffet as well as room service, very poor. The hotel area is surrounded by many new building (under construction) with its crowded + no balcony. the reseptionest i found there that night. Bathrooms have water splashing all over. TV tuning had a problems of pop-ups in the screen.As it is new the staff still strugling with the systems. Check in service was definitely not 5 star - took over 20 minutes and then I was given a key that didn't work...
