Hospitality gets full points. Staff at Metro Central sure know how to pamper their guests with their promptness to help. Very welcoming and warm. Ayman with his delightful smile and genial service. Rakesh, who went out of the way to help us out with finding an Indian restaurant, including giving us a printout, making sure the cab driver took care of us. They have given us a precious memory. The room service gentleman from Nepal deserves special mention. KCal for yummy healthy options, lxurur.
all reviews » The location which is very near to Metro station, but a bit far from city center. It costs AED 95 for taxi fare from airport to hotel, and AED 70 to airport. Close to food outlets such as subway and Burger King on the opposite road and Hot and Spicy and Western food outlet about 100 metres behind the hotel. Cooking utensils are excellent with electric stove, microwave and big fridge, suits those who wishes to cook, at least for breakfast which not worth to pay at the hotel. There are two s. The Hotel's Location is wonderful, 15ft from the entrance of the Metro station. The Staff were beyond wonderful, Ayman at the reception made my stay really good the moment I set foot in hotel, he really made me decide that this will be my official hotel in Dubai, for me and my family and friends. I got sick the night I got there, and the house keeping employee (Ramiz,, I hope I got his name right ) (on the 10th floor..) went beyond his job, got me panadol, water and cleaned my room and asked . first when i come to the hotel i received Superior service of Luggage holder ( African people ) and mr ayman this man have Superior service and Management problems i have Studio room with 2 bed by ( booking site ) but when come to hotel am not find my room but mr ayman fix it to chinge my booking to Presidential Suite :) ( i love it ) in third day i have very good servic of mr hany and Interested customers comfortable when i come again to dubai i will chose this hotel. I have to say that Ayman at front reception was very helpful and being a regular traveler i stay at Hotels very often and he is one of the best if not the best person i have ever dealt with. If every hotel had someone like him dealing with hotels would be so much easier. Always greeted us with a smile and whenever we needed something he went out of his way to help. Made us feel like we were at home. It was my first ever experience in this hotel and one of my best, it is located on sheikh zayed road, 5 mins drive to palm jumeirah, mall of emirates, ibn e batuta mall and Jbr walk in. Internet city Metro station is just under the hotel. Wifi was free in lobby, in room u also get on 30 AED per 24 hours one of the cheapest in dubai. Parking is free. Many supermarkets are at a walking distances. As a single female traveller I felt very safe at this hotel. The staff were always helpful and the location of the hotel ideal for travelling to key tourist areas of Dubai. The suite was very comfortable and well equiped, with a supermarket just round the corner for everything else that was needed. I'd definitely stay again. The staff are amazingly nice and helpful specially the ones at the front desk. The receptionist Ayman was very nice and very friendly. He even made me stay again at the hotel. The second one I met at the front desk was Faysal which was great aas well. I really like the hotel and would recommend it to anyone. My wife and I stayed at this hotel during a week in March 2013. And frankly, my choice was based on the clients' comments and reviews on letsbookhotel.com: they were not mistaken at all ! To say it clear: I would return to the same hotel if I had to travel to Dubai again, unquestionably!. The staff: They were very friendly including the hotel manager, then the security manger Mr. Hani & The receptionist, Mr. Ayman. they were very helpful and friendly. I liked its location, the healthy fast food resturant "Kcal" in it the room was pretty comfy n cozy, the free wifi in the lobby, it's good for families, theres no noise. Pretty good stay but I wish they offered free wifi along with some other common hotel services. The bell guy Moses was extremely helpful and got me everything I needed. everything was perfect!!! In spite of paying 30 dirham, we suffered poor internet. Hiring a lady staff to manage the steam room would be a great idea since we were left waiting and when the male staff arrived, he was too courteous to venture into the steam room since it's for the ladies. We had to figure out the switch board ourselves. No view to enjoy around the area. Anyone who wish to get better environment may choose to stay at Marina Bay with better living environment, mall, and almost about the same price. The entrance to the parking lot can use a better monitoring system, yet it's well organized from inside and the spaces for each car is pretty good. Their beds are not comfortable and small. Nothing. Have to agree with other reports that the pool was on the small side but it was definitely better than nothing and the area was never overcrowded so it didn't present a problem. Insignificant details. Nothing to mintion. Pool was only in size of one person, something like pool for children and aria for sun was not enough and convenient, also for cleaning they didn’t put shampoo or other stuff enough in a double room. The area do not has mosque. The internet is free in lobby only apartment is clean, but the tolls are old . Taxi drivers are not familiar with this hotel and keep mixing up between it and other Auris hotels. There wasn't much to do within walking distance of the hotel, but this wasn't a problem at all because it was very easy to get a taxi in front of the hotel at any time during the day. There's also a metro station near the hotel. TINY 'pool' - more like a big bath. Strange, narrow but long bathroom. No balcony. Problem with shower pressure in room. Wifi should be free. nothing. all was 100%. Not much night life nearby. Kcal restaurant for dinning should be improved especially during breakfast buffet. When you request a smoking room, it should at least have an ashtray in the room. Or if at least by 10 minutes after you reach the room someone should provide one, with a reminder from reception to housekeeping. No free Internet in rooms , only in lobby. Узкая ванная комната. Giving wrong information about the room I requested on the net, and they need to solve that problem coz it was not solved without wasting time, and settlement made by those lovely people I mentioned in the other green box. The swimming pool was so small, theres charge for the wifi if in the room and theres call charges. No free wifi. Needs to provide more furniture. No free internet. Two "abandoned" building sites on each side of the hotel lowers the tone of the area. Nothing about this hotel merits any negative comments. No internet in the room. One has to pay for room internet. Very small bath-tub, it was very difficult to bath and wasn't even fully covered. Nothing. i spend the whole week without having any negative remarks. The restaurant had ready made food. Bathroom could have accommodated a nice big shower, but there was only a small bathtub to be used as shower. Bedroom a bit small. There is no siting area at the looby, free interent facility at rooms not availble, breakfast not icluded at room rate. nothing i don't like.everything is perfect.
