The rooms were in very good condition and it had a kitchen. They looked like they had been refurbished. Walking distance to Al Ain Mall.

There is a supermarket and a huge shopping mall nearby. The municipal
bus terminal is quite close. Convenient public transportation is just

My wife did not like how the staff never smiled or seem friendly or happy to help you. No smile or greeting when you saw any of them in the lobby.Lack of hot water in the shower but did have it for the sink.Strange.No microwave or kettle for coffee/tea. Refrigerator not cold at all and was on maximum setting. Room was not ready until 4pm. Wifi was very weak and on and off because of lack of strength.
The Arab receptionist upon check-out who supposed to give my change (though it wasn't a big amount) to the money I paid upon check-in to the other receptionist on duty.
why F&B service is not avaliable there? Reception is not warmly welcome . very rod but fair well .

The temperature of the a/c can not be adjusted. The room was so cold, I had my 6 months old babies with me.. I asked for assistance but the staffs just didn't care much and did not attend to our needs.

Staff very very very poor specially one lady from south East Asia. Horrible so rude. She is fit for housemaid job only, sorry. When v reached security asked us to wait one hour, because no one there at the reception????.
Worst services. Receptionists responses too bad and arrogancy was in
their face and voice. No restaurant or room service.

i dont like the female front desk .
I booked 4 days before arrival, but after I arrived, I have not got what I booked.
Not value for money. There are not enough facilities in the kitchen, not
even a water kettle! The female receptionist is a disaster.
Absolutely didn't like the idea of the connected door in our one bedroom apartment. Our neighbors were very noisy the whole night long, with smoking and loud laughing, although we have requested a non-smoking room. So, it was quite annoying.
