Very relaxing, friendly and comfortable - wuld have loved to have stayed longer however we will definitely return!. Upgraded to a suite! Service was excellent too. Lovely pool area.It was clean, luxurious and the perfect place to relax. the cleanliness of the hotel. The ambience. Everything. They could improve the children playground area. The loud music being played for a party on one of the nights we stayed although the hotel did compensate for the inconvenience after lodging an official complaint with them. Refurbishment under way. yes. the people whoes finish thier parties were sitting in the lobby at 4 am and this made a very noise it must be stuff to control like this thing cause its very late . The staff woke us at 9am to deliver the paper - this could have been left on the door rather than disturbing us.The officiousness of the staff at registration. tax and service charge were excluded from their summer offer. They charge alot for internal phone calls.Food was quite expensive. The view from the hotel room window.The noise. Avoid the first floor particularely when it is on the side view, try agarden/swimmingpool view! A bit disappointed by the Trader Vic'srestorant, no smile :-(. services not up to five star standard. The piped music in the buffet restaurant and pool areas was, in my opinion, a little intrusive and completely unecessary.I don't like the staff service.

Al Ain bus station is at 10 minutes away by car. Bus services are available from and to Dubai or Abu Dhabi to Al Ain from 06:00 until 22:00.

By Plane:
Al Ain Airport is 20 minutes away from the hotel. Transport to and from Abu Dhabi and Dubai Airports can be arranged on request, at an additional cost per trip per way. The overall trip will take around an hour and 20 minutes from both Abu Dhabi and Dubai Airports.
