Service met een glimlach met het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam te allen tijde. Kamers luxe dus niet nodig om uit onderneming als roomservice een telefoontje verwijderd. Zeer ruime appartementen zo geweldig voor de kinderen, veel ruimte voor een groot gezin. Locatie was geweldig en makkelijk voor taxi aan de deur. Supermarkt, restaurants, geld wisselen alle binnen handbereik. Zou terugkeren naar Ajman om hier weer te verblijven.
all reviews » I stayed at this hotel several times when it was called Landmark Suites. I always loved the location right by the beach, but the hotel was showing its age. Now under the new management, Ramada is making all the necessary repairs and replacement and cleaning it up very nicely. The price is good, staff are courteous and wifi is available everywhere in the hotel for free. I would love to visit again. stunning views, room& living with balcony, large spacious living room, with dinning and kitchen area equipped with basics needful & working properly,check in & checkout in shortest possible time. Big size Indoor pool , nice & well maintained private beach area even its opposite the road. It was a tremendous experience, we had enjoyed every moment there, the view, the food, the service, the staff is very friendly and supportive and over all the experience..i really would love to come back again every time I get chance ..it was wow. amazing experience, Stuff is very polite and helpfull. beach was also beautifull, The room was upgraded to a suite overlooking the sea when I arrived late, And most importantly provide a car park. It's a nice hotel and a perfect beach spot .. Near to every thing .. Comfy and quit However its little bit old but its ok .. Breakfast was nice .. I really like my stay. We liked and enjoyed the Hotel location, location, location and the sea side beach exposure with the Panoramic Ocean view. I booked to stay with my family in a two room apartment in the 6th floor. However, there was only a sofa that accommodates only 2 people and the rest were chairs. It was uncomfortable. Eventually the manager had been considerate and he provided us two extra sofa. Overall, the service had been superub. . Breakfast was good and stuff were very friendly. Some repairs are ongoing, but they cause little disturbance to the guests. Lack of normal water for shower ,might be due to their water tank is direct under the sun,should do something..... The only thing I recomend to have a a kids play area for kids bellow 5 years age . I had to wait till 4 pm for my room to be ready after the previous guests but its ok. Refused at the beginning to accept that I booked through letsbookhotel.com we checked in at 1:15 am and they refused to give us extended check-out time they 12pm. Bath room. We didn't like anything at first,The master bed was small, The room smelled musty, and the internet connection was Horrible, but after a short while, We really focused on enjoying ourselves. We discovered that getting down to a minimal routine and interacting with the staff. Occasional adding a Gratuity / Monetary Tip and Pleasant conversation with the staff went along way and worked wonders. We were fine and enjoyed the rest of our stay... Worn-out, repeatedly broken keys, rickety bed frame, tiny breakfast room. The service and the staff. No BAR for 4 star hotel. no health club, swiming pool and sauna. -old -breakfast -service. over priced. The toliets were not clean. . The room was very dusty and smelled horrible, bath tub was full of bugs, check out time was not good at all. The furniture was very old and stains of dirt very visible, poor maintenance. Very bad and old toilet. Incects in the room and bad electriciti adabtors. Value of the hotel high comparing with facilities Swimming pool were under maintenance and gym was close.
