They have a good room and excellent breakfast. In general food is exclent. 24 hrs secured due to security cam. I have a great stay, evev though far from my site. Lots of space. Good wifi signal. Nice deco. Hard beds but I liked it.. good position. But hard to find at first. i like the place as it is in the city and near shopping places. Wifi ,the staff are very nice,the room clean n nice location.

Locality also very good, with lots of places to shop, beach also within walking distance. It is good value for money. The rooms very spacious!. Furniture, decor etc somewhat run down, but good value nonetheless. Free wired internet worked well. Receptionist was extremely friendly & helpful. Supermarkets etc only 100 metres away. I would stay again. Staff is friendly and room its nice. Comfortable room good for couple. I only like the internet!!. The rates only. Room stander. Some of the staff are very good, you can find plenty of shops nearby the hotel although problem where to park. Wireless available. Affordable and food is indeed great :). big rooms. Nothing. at first the lady wanted to keep my passport. Why not copy it right away which I asked her to do. no proper car park. the bed is very hard and no free water if only they change the bed into the better one and there's free water it would be great. noise from operating generator , as hotel workinngon generator. the room service, you call them at 1 am they say "we closed at 12:30 am"!!!, if you call 11 am they will say "sorry, but we are busy now for other order call after 15 minutes to take the order"!!!!!!!!. Staff did not speak much English. Rooms were not always cleaned on daily basis. Wouldn't feel comfortable to be there on my own, as one night received a call which must have been staff as no one can ring you directly to your room, and he appeared drunk asking me what I am doing etc. When this was reported no action was taken!!! . Bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable if you're not accustomed to such a thing. Satellite TV has many channels but almost zero English speaking. No hotel parking its not safe to park in that location. no hot water. i never expect that the room is like that, it was neglected, the staff's is actually rude especially in the room service.. they don't even know what they are serving... and the worst thing is that... the bathroom is leaking, the television is not working and the bed, blanket and pillow...? very dirty,,,UNCOMFORTABLE!! 3 star's??? no it's nothing... !! I'M NOT GOING BACK HERE ANYMORE!! NEVER!. Rooms need to be clean. The rooms are all smoking even if you book for non-smoking. The beds are very hard and stiff, in fact very old, that may generate back pain, so you can't sleep on your side. Hotel food is not advised. Towels are very old. The pictures for advertisement are designed for the hotel to appear high class BUT it is not the case. The policies of the hotel are weired like you need to ask to service your room everyday. Well obviously the price goes along with the service. Receptionist is fine but I guess it will be more delightful for the guests if you will train your staff with customer service ethics especially in the coffee shop. Prices of the stuff in the room are actually misleading as mixed nuts has a higher price as what was written on the list. Proper delegation of responsibilities to staff should be observed. the cleaning and smell of smoking cigarettes. also the furniture is very old. not clean at all. Liked nothing. This was the worst hotel that I have ever seen in my life. Firstly it took me 2 hours to find out the location. I reached hotel at 11 pm. And at 1 am a/c stopped working and when maintenance was called they took 30 mins to repair and then again at 3 am it stopped working and hotel was not ready to give me room change. Finally I decided to check out at 3 am from hotel and checked in other hotel. I strongly don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
