I stayed in this hotels one night as had stoppover in Odessa.The hotel location is petfect as it in city center 2 minutes walking to the shops,cafes and restaurants. It near famouce opera theatre and primorskiy bulvar. I stayed in economy room it very comfortable with barhrobs and slippers,also private safe box in the room.Free WIFI and international channels are avaliable as it very important point for me. Breakfast is open buffet is very tasty.The staff is very helpful and attentive.It was .
all reviews » The staff was very helpful, friendly, and could converse in English. The hotel had WiFi and business facilities. The location was close to restaurants, site seeing and night life. It was a quiet, low traffic street. I could walk to most places of interest. For example, the opera house and Irish Pub were only 2 blocks away. 1- Room Service prompt respond. 2- Sufficient Wi-Fi service all over the hotel. 3- Assistance in outdoor activities like tourist tours with guides. The staff was exceptionally courteous and responsive to my needs. I olan to stay at the Continental again during my next visit/thanks. the staff was very friendly, particularly the people at front desk, Anton and Karina. The breakfast was wonderful. It is quite convenient and relatively cheap compared to what it offers, but all in all it is quite besic. Friendly staff, very good location, nice breakfast. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Many of the hotel staff spoke some English which was nice for many of us visiting Odessa. I could not find any English TV channels. There might be some but I did not watch any TV after the first day of my 10-day stay. Nothing in my mind. the rooms can do with a makeover. 1. Breakfast hours for business people with early flights and for all who need to leave the hotel early, not very convenient. 2. I did not like that after having used the hotel for the third time in six months I was asked to pay half a day rate in order to take my room one hour earlier than the official check-in time and specially because the room was already empty and ready!. Room small, bed attached to the wall, not convenient. The bed wasn't very strong, one of the wooden supports broke. Everything couldn't be better. Too expensive for this hotel and facilities. They don't have 24h room service. it was ok nothing I did not like. Mattresses. The hotel staff was not very friendly. The wifi in the hotel was very slow and 2 mornings the wifi was not working. Breakfast was poor.
