We had a fantastic stay. Hotel staff were lovely, very pleasant and willing to assist.The staff couldn't have been friendlier offering us maps and information when we arrived and offering to keep our bags in storage as we left without us having to ask. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean, spotless, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean, silent and excellent high-class feel - starting from red carpet on the entrance (which also reduces noises of shoe tickles). Double air conditioners, were awesome. Tall ceiling was giving a feel of more space in the room. Clean and calm room with big windows and sun blind curtains. Has exceptional quality of service and location is very good.
all reviews » The hotel is brilliantly located just 5 minutes from the Opera house and the Main Street. The interiors are superbly appointed and spacious with very friendly staff. It was one of the more memorable travelling experiences we have had. We would very highly recommend this hotel. Perfectly located in a historic building on Pushkin Street, 3-5 minute walk from Odessa Opera and Deribasovskoy. Quite big and clean rooms. Good enough breakfast at the cafe next to the hotel, but without the buffet. Service was excellent, placement great, price ok, large clean apartment. Not much sound noise from outside. Large comfortable bed. Wifi was working good Room 407. I was unsure how long I was staying , because of this a young lady receptionist ( Kate) was extremely helpful . I wish to say many thanks R H. Very clean, central, not noisy, etc etc. It's NOT an apartment or apart hotel, anyway. There's a "kitchenette" but you can't cook an egg or iron clothes. Though it was detail but it ruined somehow our cheer - at night recognized that there is no sugar provided in kitchen. If I would know this I would buy. But it was expected providing several small sugar pack for such class and price. Lamps with resistance (for dim light) were excellent but lamps were not suitable - they were making noise, so couldn't make use of dim light. Nothing really that we can think of. There was a bad smell in the bathroom sometimes. Too much noise from the personell from 0700/1000 in the morning. Too noisy against the hallway. For thoose who need it - there is no elevator = good for Your health. No curtains on the roof windows,. The bed in room 207 was not comfortable. It was hard, I need softer. No English channels on TV. Had to go out of hotel for breakfast. No facilities for in hotel dinning. very poor soundproofing in the rooms and sometimes not a pleasant smell of sewerage. very poor air ventilation in bathroom (room 204). Don't expect a typical "apartment" as it's usual in former Soviet countries: there's not a working oven in hotel rooms, and an iron/board are lacking.
