  The room was immaculately clean and I can't honestly suggest how it could be improved. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. I will definitaly recommend it to friends and will definitely stay there again.   I didn't arrive until 11.30 pm because of a delayed journey from London, however the person on duty was very helpful. I requested an iron and iroing board at 7.30 am the nextmorning which was brought immediately.   The whole trip was fantastic. We arrived late Thursday evening and there was someone there to check us in and show us to our rooms. The room was beautiful, old charm mixed with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was superb, so nice to have a hot choice of breakfast freshly cooked for you in the morning. Couldn't fault the place - can't wait to go back! - The building and room were very impressive. There was a relaxed atmosphere and I felt like I was experiencing a little bit of luxury whilst staying there. Breakfast was a delight. When we arrived we were shown round and given a complimentary cup of tea. I think u get cookies too as several people saidvthey were coming altho we never got any. But we weren't fussed and I think that this was a wonderful touch.
