A very well presented and comfortable apartment just a 10 minute walk into York center.We were met by the owner Shaun who was polite and helpful who supplied us with a welcome pack containing the basics of milk,eggs etc...nice touch.Would recommend staying here to anyone interested in historic York.Looking forward to a return visit in the near future. Very comfortable, clean and modern apartment within easy walking distance to York centre. Friendly and helpful host. Small things that make our stay more like home such as paper towels, olive oil for cooking and summer weight quilt on the bed were much appreciated. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

EXCEPTIONAL staff; location; cleanliness; value for money; decor; kitchen equipment (I could go on) etc. What a SUPERB find. I would recommend it very highly to anyone, and can't wait to go back !. Spacious, comfortable and relaxing accommodation. Welcoming hosts who provided detailed information on York and its attractions and eating venues prior to arrival. We left our car parked for the two-night stay as it is just a few minutes walk to all main points. Highly recommended. Very nice and clean apartment, it had everything you'd need (kitchen utensils, towels, some city maps and guide books, and even some food for breakfast!) The centre of York is a 10 minute walk away, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend to anyone!. Outstanding accommodation at an affordable price within walking distance of the beautiful city of York. Just down the road there is a fantastic cafe with great coffee, as well as a great delicatessen and butcher. Shaun and Lilian were great hosts and extremely generous.
