  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   I really have nothing to complain about. My initial image of the hotel painted in a drab gray and near the airport approach, left me with doubts about our choice. Once inside, all changed. The buffet dinner was just outstanding with chicken, salmon and ham cooked to perfection. The selection of vegetables and salads plus beverages was another bonus... what people say » . Outstanding in all respects. - We arrived at 10:30am for a 2 night stay and were able to check in immediately, leaving our car in the Jurys Inn car park before travelling into London. Our Grandson loved the room view, directly across the road from the Concorde.
