I visit London, on business, twice a year. This is well above the standard of every other hotel I have stayed at, within ny upper budget limit of £80 pppm.The staff were friendly and helpful - the room well appointed and spotlessly clean. Modern very clean comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast with goodchoices. An upgrade to a larger room made the stay even better as we areboth in our 70s.and not very mobile. Bathroom was spacious.

Poor security to the windows of the Annexe we stayed in.Rooms were quite small. very small room but perfectly adequate for one night, bit noisy, next to staircase Couldn't turn off over basin spot lights in bathroom, and couldn't find out how to turn on bathroom fan.Street facing room suffered from outside noise. Only that the room was very small. Not much room to turn around in andwhen we both got sick it seemed even smaller.
