The space in the apartment is superb! The property is bright & fantastically clean! Everything is so good that my family & firends have a great stay at SACO apartment, would highly recommend to everyone. It is nearby to all major shopping & Piccadilly central & Piccadilly station. This apartment is also very ideal for business travellers as the apartment has separate living /sitting area that you could receive guests comfortably. Everything you need is included in this apt; kitc.
all reviews » An amazing hotel, we would happily live there. We stayed in room 211 a one bedroom appartment and it was perfect. A tv in the lounge and bedroom a great kitchen and huge rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a small gym. All the doors are fire doors so you can't hear a peep from anyone else. location is perfect, only a few streets from a main street with Sainsbury's a spar etc then another two minute walk to the arndale centre. A very short walk to town and the train station yet on a quiet str. We were right in the heart of the city just a few minutes walk away from the train, tram and bus stations. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Accommodation was fantastic and immaculately clean. Was surprised to even find breakfast cereals and a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant trip and we will definitely come back to use the apartments again. Thoroughly recommended. Have stayed in numerous apartments in Manchester before but these were easily the best yet. Less than 5 mins from Piccadilly station and Gardens. Apartments were spotless and had everything one needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will try getting these for any future visits. Location .Great. Five min walk from Pic station. Lovely and spacey Apartment. Good facilities . Cereals and milk ect provided for morning. Lovely toiletries and towels. Beds king size. Ensuite and main bathroom, are well set out and roomy. I'm used to my old squidgy bed so the new firm mattress left me achy the first night but we were used to it by the second night. Only down side that there was loud music from nightclub next door on the Saturday night. It went on all though the night. Nobody throw out rubbish. For 3 days there are a lot. There is a club near the hotel and you can hear the music. Some dust. Breakfast basket too limited. Nothing - maybe something to hang clothes on in the hall. Customer Service Internet provision. No 24 hrs staff for check-in. Maintenance not upto the mark. Had small pieces of glass shattered all over the bed sheets. Only heard an apology, I expected at least a small fruit basket as a gift if not the whole stay for free ( one of the glass cut my arm).

Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport. A refundable security deposit to cover “additional charges“, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked. Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Baby cots are available for no additional cost, subject to availability. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
