Great easy to find location Clean apartment Comfortable. Convenience, staff attitude, will use again. The place very nice. The location was great as everything we wanted ie the theatre, canal street, shops and christmas market were all in walking distance. House was big. There were a few rules that I would have preferred to have been told about before, though it wouldn't have effected my trip. Extra charges seemed an awful lot (e.g an extra £40 for late check out) thankfully we managed not to get caught by these. We were told we would get charged if we didn't clean the dishes etc but no washing up liquid was provided so we had to improvise.
