Although the hotel was at the opposite end of Mancester to where I would normally stay I was very impressed with how accessible everything was, the significant cost saving on some of my usual hotels, combined with the excellent modern facilities, such as the Bose iPod dock made the whole experience so much more comfortable. The staff were very attentive, but without the "stuffiness" of some hotels.

We would have liked an openable window. the only thing that i did not like was the fact of being called sir all the time, but apart from that there was nothing that i did not like. location, we could see it from a distance but road layout made it hard to find how to get to hotel.I enjoyed every moment of my stay at the hotel. Directions to car park could be improved. Nothing. I was very pleased. Would liked to have had more3 of a TV channel chouce.Additional charge for car parking. Could have been a few more than just one packet of biscuits provided in the room.Only a small complaint otherwise a great hotel.The price of the full English breakfast it was too expensive. The cleaner knocking on and opening my door at 7.45 a.m to see if she could clean my room!.
