The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. This is an intimate hotel, away from the madding crowds and located in a lovely neighborhood which doesn't seem overrun by tourists even though it is short walk from the V&A and Hyde Park etc.

Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything. Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting. I had a wonderful stay. Alessandro and Michele were excellent and very entertaining. All the staff I encountered were helpful and sociable. They all had something interesting to discuss. Great restaurant recommendations. I always felt welcome and well looked after. Absolutely fantastic in every way. Great location near the tube with plenty of shopping and dining choices. The staff are some of the most courteous I have witnessed. Superior service far surpassing what you receive at luxury hotels in the US. The location is perfect, its a beautiful part of London to stay. Its very close to all main attractions and very safe. Shower room too small (no room for towels) with no lighting at mirror for shaving etc. Room dimly lit at night- at mirror as well. Would be ideal with a few bright lights correctly positioned!. No robes in the bedroom. Faulty a/c in bathroom, smallish room size. As in many London hotels the room was quite small and no rooms avaible with separate beds, unless at a very high price. Cost of breakfast. Not unique to this hotel. There were plenty of good alternatives nearby at less than half the price. The TV in the bathroom did not work but as we received a complimentary upgrade I'm not complaining!. Rooms are a bit on the small side.( Especially the shower space.). queen bed - when reqest for two singel stayed 4 days. The housekeeping staff don't quite know what they're doing and don't speak English. Rearrange things haphazardly in an amusing way. Didn't replace empty facial tissues. Annoying but not a deal breaker. If you are a large person, you may not fit in the shower. It's very narrow. Our room was a bit tight on space (not enough room to lay out both of our suitcases, for example), but well appointed, so we got over it. Small room and the bathroom very very small too. Not one thing. Nothing I can think of. I didn't like the smell of the shampoo which was very sweet and cloying but that would be being very fussy indeed. the room was quite small (about 2ft between the bed and the wall) - but comfy And the TV didn't work, but that didn't really annoy me. Tiny bathroom. lack of drawers and better lighting needed in dressing room. The no smoking policy. Room was very small. Nothing! It ticked all the right boxes!. The room and bathroom were too small, we couldn't pass each other at the end of the bed and had too avoid hitting our heads on the wall mounted TV. The 6 pounds additional cost as a policy for room service. It is impossible worldwide a double espresso to cost 12,5 pounds. Rooms very small. noise from street. Very small bathroom and shower, but I'm big !. Room was cold, played around with the settings for a long time and then called room service who sent someone up. This didn't fix things and we were too tired to bother. Nothing. Nothing. The room is a little small for the standard of five star. Very small bathroom,wanted £22 for breakfast !. room was small but thats central london!. Nothing negative. Too small room this time. Nothing.
