The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. The service for breakfast was very good, and the selection was adequate. Excellent Quality of Service, was upgraded to Executive Room FOC on arrival. Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We chose this hotel based on quality and location for the Royal Albert Hall (5 min walk at most).

Veryimpressed.I asked for an early check-in but the room wasn't available until 2.00. It would have been nice to be able to make coffee in the room,a minor niggle though,since room service was excellent.I thought the weekday room rates were a bit high and some sort of discount should be applied when staying for a week or more. Not a direct critism of hotel but lack of parking other than the £30 per 24hr car park meant a £60 add on cost !!. No teas made facility. Room size is fair. Price, but it's reasonable. prices of drinks but i suppose this is relative to the rest of London.
