Conveniently located just off Hyde Park in a quite, beautiful side street. Grand townhouse with generous, clean, bright and modern apartment, and well equipped kitchen. The staff was very helpful and there was even laundry in the basement. All this a a very reasonable price. Perfect for a family trip to London. After several disappointing hotels this was a nice ending to our vacation in England. all reviews »
Location was incredible. You could see Kensington Palace from the end of the street. Very close to the tube and centrally located so most attractions were within a reasonable travel time. Lot's of restaurants and shopping close by. You could also walk to a number of museums, Royal Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace. Apartment wasn't spacious, but certainly enough room for the four of us.
The location was perfect. Everything we wanted and needed was within walking distance from the apartment. Even the wonderful Kensington gardens. The pirate ship playground in the gardens was so much fun for the kids. It was the perfect spot to recover from jet lag and relax.
Great location, Cost, No disturbances. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Sorry, I have forgotten the young lady's name and I shouldn't have, She was an excellent 'receptionist' and hostess.
The attention to detail to make sure we had sufficient laundry, cutlery etc.
The apartment is modern and clean. The location is good you just need to
walk 7min to the nearest tube station. You can cook everything in the
kitchen but be careful the smoke can activate the smoke alarm.

Staff location clean bathroom. Great location, a few steps from Hyde Park.
Maintenance needs a little more attention. Some broken tiles in the bathroom, the shower holder was loose and I don't think the microwave/convection oven combo worked (as least we couldn't get it on). Overall, no significant issues.
The apartments are nice. They are not luxury. But I feel like they were appropriately priced and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
Compared with cost, nothing, except the walls could do with a paint!.
The internet is really bad you 90% of the times is offline. Be careful
you can stay in the basement if you don't ask to stay in the ground
or 1st floor. There isn't almost any staff to help you...
Ironing board wasn't the best!! Needed more room in the bathroom!!.
The outside courtyard was dirty with the chairs and table covered in bird poo. Can't really do anything about the birds so it would be an idea to remove the table and chairs.
Some complimentary tea,coffee, sugar etc would be a bonus ;).
The drawback was that the sound proof for ceilung was poor. On the first day of our visit, our neighbours living upstairs was throwing a party. It was horrible, we can hear people dancing, foot steps noise or jumping till 2am. Fortunately it was only for one night.

room needs to be refurbished. broken bed. we had very uncomfortable sleep. no washing machine in the appartment. if you need to wash and dry your things, you can only do this in the basement from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. which is very inconvenient indeed.

the cleaning girl need to learn how to smile and be friendly and take care of her job. rooms are very small. toilets maintenance is poor, door locks are very old and missy. the worst part of these apartments is the noise of street day and night.
Stayed in the bottom apartment and was very noisy from the footsteps above us.
Our room had a view of a brick wall that was covered with loud pigeons
at all hours. Very dark. And unfortunately, the bathroom had mold and
was tiny. And, the shower did not drain right. Not what I would've
expected from the website or the price. Disappointed.
I phoned repeatedly for half an hour without success to gain entry. I then called letsbookhotel.com who called and it then took a further twenty minutes to get in to the apartment.
No elevator!! WiFi signal is extremely weak.
In four days we didn't get our towels changed and were only give 2 toilet rolls for a family or four.

noisy - windows not double. Apartment was very tiny, it was supposed to be for 3 people but can barely fit 2. Sofa bed partially broken. There's no reception desk, room was not cleaned during our 5 day stay.
Very small, a big difference between the picture online and the realty. The apartement in the fourth flour and no lift you have to carry all the lagagge by yourself.
