The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get handled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept.
all reviews » Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!. Staff were very friendly, made us feel at home. liked the way they introduced themselves. Made us feel at ease. The staff were helpful. The staff we felt showed good customer service were Jordan and Jordan, Margaret and Katie. Room was good, once we worked out how to keep the lights on. Brilliant location. Food was lovely and we want to thank the chefs for the wonderful food, good selection. would love to go back. Istayed over for a night whilst I was doing my filming study days. It was really difficult to set a wake up call. Reception seemed like it was 24 hour so not sure why someone couldn't just phone the room... Room size big enough to put 2 big luggages but you have to put them on the floor, which is very minor to us. They do provide 30min free wifi time daily. It would be perfect if they provide 1 - 1.5 hours per day. There were no negatives. We were totally satisfied with our stay. Reataurant food was all a bit too greasy, not enough salads. for the money, nothing wrong with it. Nothing, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Room was a little cramped as there were 4 of us and had 2 small beds in it as well for the children. However price reflected this. Towels could be of a better quality. The restaurant had lotsof things missing from the menu, which limited choice. There was a small problem with cleanliness of bathroom. But this was dealt with efficiently & politely by staff. I have stayed before & know this is an unusual problem for this hotel. Having to pay for web access given the relatively high overnight prices. Beds a bit hard and so were the towels. Good to have porridge, but it was a bit runny. Get a Scotsman to show you how!. Limited WiFi. Couldn't find the shaving point, noise from the street, sounded like bins being moved. Nothing. Everything was great. Complete lack of any management at dinner. This has been the case for all 3 stays. Food excellent but you have to wait (for ages and ages) the staff (all of them) are clearly unhappy and no evidence of any management. This means a lot of hungry disgruntled curtomers and unhappy staff. Lift very slow and often out of action. No negatives come to mind. Was a bit disappointed by one staff member or let me manage my own cases into the store room. He did ask if I wanted help but as he was already walking off in front of me it seemed a bit half hearted. Think he should have done this automatically. Room was stuffy. We were unable to open a window In family room and with 4 beds it felt cramped but Good value. no car park but not really a problem as on street parking. most of the staff was friendly but guy working during the night was a little rude. hotel's "visitor policy" was unnecessary and counter productive for friends hanging out during the night. a bit pricey but price reflects location more than the actual room. Foyer in lift area very hot with all the windows. First entry into our room section smelt very musty (area with the fending machine). Not a lot to say negative. It does what it says on the tin!. Nothing much except for the o.o.o. printer @ the lobby which meant we had to look for an internet cafe early in the morning to print our on-line flight check-in details. Lifts were a disaster. Not unusual to wait 15 minutes to get a lift down the hall. Probably a temporary problem though. Family rooms are double beds with 2 spare beds added which does not leave much free room. Lack of cupboards to store clothes. WiFi is not free but does not cost too much (gbp 10 for a week).
