For the price I wasn't expecting greatness but this place pleasently surprised. Staff were very helpful and although room was a bit on the small side, they had originally set aside a larger (quad) room but I wanted a double bed. All round, a very good experience. Room was clean and tidy and recently painted. Breakfast was great!. We were upgraded for no extra charge to a luxury flat, which waswonderful, upon our arrival with our children an American Lady was beingvery abusive towards the receptionist and after she left we comfortedthe receptionist as the customer had been extremly abusive which wedidn't think it was necessary, for the small time we had any contactwith the staff, we found them to be very polite/helpful. all reviews »
nice location near two tube stations, room was between the floors so i was living separately of all the other rooms, nice cosy. The Breakfast was good, but basic. Even though we didn't have a bathroomin our room, we did have a sink. Where it was, so close to oxford street, and 3 lovely resturants on the same street!. Excellent value for money clean and nice room. Location. It was very basic but you got what you paid for. It was suitable for our needs which were a place to sleep after a long day sightseeing. good value for money, stayed in a family room with older children 3 in a 3 nights stay - ok :-). Location is great. Just blocks off Hyde park. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Right near two very convenient tube stops and also near Paddington for the Heathrow trains. Price is great. There was damp marks on the ceiling of the bedroom which was a bit horrible, the only bad point about the bathroom was that the grouting of the tiles needed bleaching, but i am being picky :-) The fridge in the room was empty, which was a bit dissapointing. The breakfast room was small and crowded if you didn't go down very early. Breakfast was better (got your toast faster) on the day we went down early. Also, we felt uncomfortable leaving the window (doors to a balcony) open when we went out because the balcony was connected to at least one other room.You can hear the doors bang and people talk, decor was not that great in some rooms. Kitchen staff are very punctual in the mornings to throw you out of the dinning room. The room is too small and I thought it very expensive almost £100 per anight and a toilet with just shower needing to share facilities withanother guests.Bathroom - small, door didn't close properly,mould/water damage on theinside of bathroom door, taps on basin loose and difficult to use. the price on the following night - as I would have liked to stay an extra day. Only enough refreshments for 2 people in a triple room. The kettle switch didn't work. Breakfast was very basic. It would have been nice if the window stayed open. poor bathroom in one of the quad rooms, carpet floors and small breakfast room. The reception staff was not very helpful, the room was absurdly small and there were no "do not disturb sign" available, so we were disturbed every morning, until we made a makeshift sing ourselves.hot, basement room, no useable window, hotter than hallway outside room. little or no interest from hotel staff. breakfast. the building and the rooms need rennovation, the portions of the breakfast were tiny. the door of the bathroom didn't close, it was rusty and there was no soundproof! Also we couldn't open the window. The room given is a utility room next to the kitchen which has been modified and convert to a room as there is no toilet built in. It feel uncomfortable. Yes, everuthing is bad. First, single room doesn`t have a bathroom. You have to go downstairs to have bath. Second, rooms are so small that I have place only for my baggage and for me. It was 2x2 meteres. The Leasure Inn Hotel was the worst one. Just book another hotel in this part of London. The place was awful. The staff were terrible and the room disgusting.

- Stanstead. Stanstead Skytrain services run every 15 minutes (30 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays) from Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale Stations. Airbus A6 departs from Victoria Coach Station and Marble Arch hourly. Alternatively, Airbus A7 departs from Victoria Coach Station, Embankment and Aldgate hourly.
- Luton. Thameslink rail services run from King's Cross to Luton Airport Parkway station for the connecting free shuttle bus service. Green Line coaches run from Victoria (Buckingham Palace Road) and Marble Arch.
