I expected that breakfast is quite simple in England but this hotel served various dishes(buffet style) to me. I'm very happy.Everything was good. For the price this is a wonderful hotel. Excellent breakfast, nice clean rooms and friendly staff.

Sometimes pleasant to have a few items for use with the supplied cup of tea/coffee. The "hot" breakfast was not very hot!!!. just what I mentioned above. It was lacking a bedside table between the beds which proved difficult for the person in the affected bed ( specs, drinks etc ). Only complaint the room was exceptionally hot we had to use the electric fan. Yes, no restaurant. Noise from the tube line outside my room. Carpets could be cleaner and wifi should be free. No, not for the price I paid. A few lights needed new bulbs in them. A face cloth would have been nice but no. I've done last min bookings in London before and always felt ripped-off. This was great. Only had an orange juice for breakfast but it looked good. I was upgraded to a larger room, which was spacious and very nice, but in the morning the Circle Line underground trains rumbled a bit. I've stayed there before and it's my favourite hotel in this price range.Rooms are a bit noisy and old, but it's not a big deal. The room was a bit small, but it is normal for London's standards. Was given a tiny room but staff helpful in relocating me for which I am very grateful. Decor and bedroom furniture a bit tatty but rooms clean and all have tea and coffee. . better orange juice in the morning. It was a small room but quite acceptable for a short stay. the internet service in room is too expensive. My room was a little bit too noisy. As it was a "no smoking" room we were surprised to smell smoke in our corridor and this may have been the reason for the fire alarm going off at 2:30am. Not the fault of the hotel but the customers.Opening window cause noisy. A romantic room with a higher price to make a choice from the list. An inside room not looking out the street.
