I felt very good at this hotel, i had very pleasant stay in hyde park towers, the location is very good, the staff is very friendly, we were very well treated at this hotel. The room had king size bed, the towels were changed daily...I will surely book this hotel again. I couldn't open a window and their was no air conditioning. lack of public phone to use a phone card. The size of the rooms is small - single rooms. It is definitely ideal for short stay or someone who doesn't mind the room's size. It may be better to go for a twin or double room if you wanna staying longer. I also would suggest the hotel should change the windows of the side rooms, especially the corner rooms, to double glazing windows as it was quite noisy at night with the cars driving through.Wall lights did not work in room. The first room I was given was in the basement, and was incredibly noisy, being near the linen store and opposite the lift. Smelled of stale tobacco (and there was an ashtray in the room). I couldn't open the window as the security risk would have been too great (no bars on window to prevent anyone coming in in the night). Incredibly noisy and no sleep all night. Second night I moved rooms.Hard to control temp in room, was very hot in room and radiator type heat made it hard to control temp...but was managable. Squeaky floors. room a bit small and smoking rooms in basement. breakfast was rather confusing as no one explained that we had to help ourselves to coffee we seemed to be here there and everywhere. A toaster would have been nice.1 minute music loop in the restaurant... :). The position of the toilet bowl is too close to the bath and the wall....crammed in to a tiny space!. The room was rather small, and the fllorboards creaked whenever youwalked on them. The room was clean but it`s toooo small. The floor was noisy.We asked for a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking room in the basement. It was clean and looked inviting (we were tired!) but when we entered the hallway there were roaches! I know we were in the basement and roaches are everywhere, but I couldn't sleep for hours after seeing that. the room was too small for me, wife and baby. Very small rooms.

stunning new bed linen, beautiful goose feather & down pillows and wonderful
goose feather & down duvets. All combined gives our guests a really good
nights sleep.
