  Right from the minute the lift opened at reception area, we were very warmly welcomed by two lovely girls who were genuinely pleased to see us. I cannot rate the staff highly enough and if any premier inn - Stayed in the Premier inn on Princess street from the 2th to 23rd of Nov 2013. The Hotel is just a 5-7min walk from the waverly railway station and is directly opposite the famous Edinburgh Castle. Although we dint spend much time in the hotel and dint get a chance to dine in, but the Hotel was very nice, Clean and had all amenities one could ask for. A value for money hotel for people travelling to Scotland and are in a mood to Explore rather than stay in!

  Staff were welcoming on arrival and gave us plenty of information. The room was just what we needed, it was clean comfortable and cosy(important for Edinburgh in the winter). The facilities were ideal and we were able to get extra tea and coffee supplies for the room with compliments and a smile from reception.   Everything was perfect. The quiet place and the comfortable room with enough space for luggage or relaxing after a whole day out in busy Edinburgh. We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel.
