  This is a great hotel for people who want to have immediate access to central london but want to stay away from all the noise of the centre. The location is excellent and literally round the corner from Queensway tube station which is just 4 stops away from Oxford Circus. The staff are helpful, the room is small but contains all the necessities.   I needed a basic, good value, clean, convenient room for an overnight stay where a location near Paddington station was a key requirement. I had a small double room with ensuite bathroom/shower. The room (and, it appeared, the whole hotel) has undergone recent refurbishment and so all of the decor and decoration was new and the furniture appeared ... what people say » up to date. The room had good soundproofing from the road and was at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom facilities all worked perfectly. My room - Stayed at Hotel June 12/15. Mature Couple. Small but comfortable hotel. Clean and well kept. Located 50 yards from Bayswater Road and 150 yards from Queensway. Very good front desk staff who were most helpful with getting us in with an early arrival time. They were excellent throughout the stay and assisted with anything we wanted. Would recommend this location to anyone requiring an inexpensive but adequate hotel.

  Excellent location and a beautiful Double Studio with Kitchenette on the first floor. Our room was big enough for two persons far more bigger than other hotel rooms in the area. It was clean and beautifully warm, which was appreciated given the very cold temperatures outside. Our room was cleaned every day with daily clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was include - This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in an apartment type room which was nice because it had cooker hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer.   It's close to everything, in a beautiful neighbourhood. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with everything. The rooms are a nice size and the seperate bathrooms have everything you need! Unlike what other people here say on LetsBookHotel.com, the breakfast was really good. You've got croissants, little brown breads and brown or white toas... what people say » tbread. - Only 5 min walk from tube station, with a lift inside its old building is a great surprise. 2 hotels in London I stayed before had no lift and I had to move heavy luggage upto narrow wooden staris, it's a nightmare! Friendly staff there. I hardly believed how spacious the room was with big bed. I'll definitely stay there again.

  The receptionist were friendly and always smile when they saw us. We got the basement rooms as we booked three rooms and requested for the rooms to be closed to each other. I am happy that the hotel were able to fulfill this request. We really love the modern design of the rooms. Wifi was free and it's very fast too. Excellent hotel at an affordab... what people say » le price. :) - I thought the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was exceptional and the apartments were excellent value for money. I opted for an apartment because they were better value for money than a hotel. I will be visiting again sometime in the future and have advised people i know of 73 apartments.   It's location particularly; plus, it's menu;the layout of the restaurant/bar;the fact that I was allocated a twin-bedded room although booking a single (this meant I had plenty of room to relax in comfort;the warmth of the room (it was very cold outside); good lighting in my room; wonderfully quiet (I could not hear the next door guests at all); ... what people say » I also found the staff very courteous and helpful; - it was very relaxed, the staff were very helpful, clean and spacious rooms and i was particularly surprised that you had smoking rooms, for once i diddn't feel like a second class citizen. also our non smoking freinds do not smoke, and they were worried that the room would smell of smoke, which it diddn't. we would definatly stay there again, thankyou for making our weekend so enjoyable.
