  Staff were welcoming on arrival and gave us plenty of information. The room was just what we needed, it was clean comfortable and cosy(important for Edinburgh in the winter). The facilities were ideal and we were able to get extra tea and coffee supplies for the room with compliments and a smile from reception. We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel.
