  Single room to roadside was clean and tidy, enough space, shower and toilet nearby on the aisle, but for privat use only, was clean and ok, breakfast in the Pub downstairs was continental, a little bit simple but sufficent (coffe/tea, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, juice, fruits), staff friendly and polite. Situated good (10min walk from Kilburn Und... what people say » erground Station, 20min Jubilee Line ride to city center), Kilburn is very cosmopolite, so there is plenty opportunity nearby for excellent dining (or - Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

  Our host asked very quick and was very friendly! The location is perfect: Buckingham Palace, most populare sights of West London, parks, markets, cafes,- everything is closer to appartments.   For the price I wasn't expecting greatness but this place pleasently surprised. Staff were very helpful and although room was a bit on the small side, they had originally set aside a larger (quad) room but I wanted a double bed. All round, a very good experience. - Room was clean and tidy and recently painted. Breakfast was great!

  The fantastic friendly and helpful staff, who greeted us each time we left and entered the hotel and seemed genuinely interested in what we had been doing and what we had planned. They provided us with helpful info about places to go and how to get there. Genuine and customer service focused. Made the stay really pleas - Fantastic location and excellent value for money. You really do get what you pay for, if not more. The reception staff were amazing at suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. Wifi access is very fast, considering the hotel was very busy when we stayed there. Continental breakfast is part of the price and it includes a wide choice of pastries, pancakes and a variety of breads. Very filling and hearty!   The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was tiny but very clean and comfortable (the shower excellent!) and quiet for its location, and the breakfast was great. - Friendliness of staff and the breakfast was good, with plenty of extra toast if you wanted it.. Tea,coffee and milk replaced in room daily. Location was perfect.
