  Everything. The facilities are complete and well-maintained. Very clean and really good location. We actually extended our stay because we were very happy with the place. Although parking is not available, the parking off restriction after 630pm helps, right at the door step.   apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking... what people say » bags from car etc a bit inconvenient. - Brillian!!! Didnt have much dealings with staff but when we did theywere great. Had a problem with the bioler and was fixed almost straightaway - perfect!!! Great value for money. Apartment wa stunning andeverything about it screamed luxury. We were there for a Friday andSaturday night -got a knock on the dopor on the Saturday to see if wewanted it cleaned!!! Wow!!!

  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  Smart at iQ, Edinburg was a very pleasant surprise for us. Perfectly located: less than 20 min walk to the castle and to the train station, bus stop for the airport right at the corner, restaurants and shops around. The room (studio) was quite big and all equipment you need if you want to prepare something in the house or if you need to wash somet... what people say » hing etc. – like “at home”. A perfect location for someone who wants to visit and move all day and have a proper and comfortable place to sleep. The - The apartment complex itself is very secure. The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space. The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.

  Apartment is well-furnished and spacious with parking included and security. Grocery, coffee shop and taxi stand are around the corner. Make sure to arrive before the office closes. We arrived after the office closed and had trouble finding the key and also the apartment.   We loved the apartment. Just big enough for a couple, with a separate living area. Nice big comfortable bed in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. Dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, fridge and all the kitchen stuff one may need. I liked the shower gel and shampoo the apartment provides (full-size easy to use bottles as opposed to standard hotel stuff... what people say » ). Location-wise, it's about a ten-minute walk from Princes Street, with lots of restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood. You also get 10 to 20% off - We only booked an apartment as we couldn't find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Would definately stay here again.Staff were friendly & helpfull. Easy walk to the castle & city centre.

Our first visit to Edinburgh, and we found the location good - really very handy to New Town and Prince Street Gardens just around the corner, and not too far a walk to Old Town. All very convenient and comfortable, with kitchen and laundry, so very useful if - My initial reaction - "wow". The Malthouse building in its entirety has been renovated to a very high quality standard and this is evident from the moment you set your eyes on the place.   We stayed for a long weekend as a group of friends. The lakeside house was very easy to find, the location was ideal for our purpose and the house was fantastic everything we needed was provided! Many thanks!! - Location, cleverly designed studio apartment, good shops nearby and very convenient for Festival events. Oh, and a PROPER hairdryer.

  We had a fantastic stay at the " Charming City Centre Apartment". Great central location, clean flat, very comfortable bed, and very quiet bedroom. Flat was well equipped (new flat screen TV, pots and pans, tea..) and very comfortable. Lots of nice little Cafes and restaurants in the area, not as touristy as around the castle, it felt like the rea... what people say » l Edinburgh.
