  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  Very friendly staff. Moreover, we arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check-in time and just wanted to leave our luggage there, but they already gave us a room! And when we asked for something, they reacted very quickly.   It was very convenient to transport the underground was just around the corner the above ground just down the street buses just in front and a 24 cab office almost next door making it easy to get around London the staff was extremely helpful and someone at the desk 24 hours. Would definitely stay again - Free on raod parking at the weekend. Very warm welcome. Reception, bar (we did not eat there) & room all spotlessly clean and well apointed. Great bathroom with lovely shower. Approx 4 mins walk from tube. The Bakerloo Line took us straight into Oxford Circus and then to Wembley later. We paid £60 for a Sat night which was really great value for money and would certainly go back.

They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

  The hotel is just awesome. I loved the location /close to Oxford street, near Easy bus stop/, hotel staff was really helpful and nice, lovely breakfast and clean and comfortable room.   I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit
