The apartment itself is very large, sleek and modern and there is a lift in the building. It is less than a full block off of High Street and easy walking distance to Edinburgh and Holyrood Castles. For tourists the location couldn't be better.
Excellent location.
The staff was very helpful when we call them about a broken key at night, coming and solving the situation. You can count on them for any issue.

Very comfortable and cosy apartment. Nice to have tea/coffee/sugar/milk available in the apartment. Very quiet (I was in Tron Square) at night.

Unbeatable location and very helpful staff!.
While the door to the building is on a quiet street, the windows of the apartment itself front on Southbridge St., which is very busy with heavy traffic nearly all night long (no double pane windows). There were twenty-somethings outside yelling and partying till 4:00 am, so we got hardly any sleep.
We had one room with bunk beds, which could be improved, too noisy.

This is a small complaint and its a shame as the place was lovely and staff were so nice but we were shown to our room and allowed to leave our baggage in the room upon arrival, but the previous guest was still there and the cleaning staff were still there preparing the room, we felt we were pushing the previous guest out which felt awkward.
