Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our hostess, Linda is an absolute sweetheart. She was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Even after being late by almost 30 mins, she agreed to serve us fresh breakfast.

Through no fault of our own, we didn't book in till after 8pm but the landlady was very gracious and understanding. She made us very welcome.

I would stay there any time but preferably in another room.
very clean, comfortable room, good breakfast, pleasant owner and staff, we arrived early but was accommodated without a problem. would go back again. near enough to the city centre with out the hustle & bustle.
I thought I had booked for 3 days not for 2. The two staff who dealt with this did so with great tact and consideration. I was most grateful, and I apologize for causing this problem.

The owner Linda could not be more helpful and considerate. Great location, bus stop minutes away. Would go back and recommend this place.
Easy access to buses that take you to the city centre within 15 minutes for £1.50 and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Staff was really helpfull. The room was very good, could be a bit bigger though. Would definately recommend it.

It was reasonably clean,bed was comfy.
A drain pipe from the room above which ran through our wardrobe flushed noisely every time it was used. Also the shower leaked into the toilet area.
Single beds were a little on the small side.
The shower wasnt great- water flow was weak and the water wasnt warm.
Traffic noise. Sirens because it is close to the main hospital. Thin walls I could hear male snoring all night.
There was nothing I didn't like.

One male member of staff, we assumed the owner, was extremely rude to us, a shame because everyone else were lovely and it completely tainted our opinion of the otherwise very good Arden guesthouse!.
Room was very small, no room for suitcases.
