I Adore this hotel its the best hotel in Istanbul, best location, best staff, very clean, very respectful, appropriate for families and singles, I had a room with two balconies with an excellent rate, the sea view was fabulous, the terrace of the hotel is really attractive with an awesome sea view, the staff were too nice and helpful, what can I say I've never been to a hotel like this in Istanbul I tried many, but not like this hotel, very near to the attractions its between Sultan Ahmet Camii.
all reviews » My wife and I spent four nights at the Magnaura Palace. Several things stood out: 1. The quality of service is exceptional--as good as any place we've stayed in the world. Every member of the staff went out of his or her way to make us feel welcome at the hotel and comfortable in their city. They truly believe in investing time and energy in their guests. 2. The room--we had a corner suite that was well worth the small extra cost--was quiet, comfortable, and had an excellent view of the Sea of . The highlight of our stay at the hotel were the staff, who were incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly without being over the top. They were only too ready to make restaurant bookings for us, organize tours or give directions to taxi drivers. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were even able to organize a stay for us at a nearby hotel when we decided to . My husband and I stayed at the Magnaura Palace in August 2013 for 8 days. I cannot say enough about how professional, helpful, and friendly the entire staff was. Arben, Dogus, and Yusuf were attentive and pleasurable to speak with each day, and they greet guests with warmth and genuine interest.
