Well located hotel, near Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosk! Wifi. The hotel is in the middle of all the attractions of Istanbul. The view from the breakfast area. it's location in the Old City. I only liked the view from hotel i.e. sea view and Blue mosque.rooms a bit small,. Too small room! There was not hot water.You can only pay in cash. Original room specification (ie with sea view) was not met. Changed after two days but new room was cramped. Air conditioners didn't work properly in either case.Last day not room was not cleaned. hotelroom was very small. The staff were rude. - Air conditioning not working when adv ertised ass such; Not enough bedding for 3 when I specifically booked for 3; Room not well maintained given the price. that the 2 rooms were not available on arrival and they wanted us to share 1 room for 1 night until we asked for discount as the single room was not available. 20 mins later after barting with us on discount, 2 rooms were sorted.No information on the city was provided and no street map available on request. staff not particularly friendly. double room was requested but twin room was provided. I did not like the bathroom not at all comfortable.There was not hot water available all the time,I had to ask reception to have hot water shower and wait for almost 10-20 min to get the hot water and there was no bath tub in the room and bathroom was so cozy.The bed was moving forward and during my 3 nights stay my room had been cleaned only one time.I am totally uncomfortable with the hotel service.
