Arrived at 7am exhausted from an overnight bus trip and they found us a room even though check in wasn't for hours, and offered us breakfast, even though it technically wasn't included until the second day. Friendly, knowledgable staff and gorgeous facility, close to everything. Wifi was strong, which is unusual for the local hotels. Comfy beds and nice linens. Bathroom/shower was deluxe. Very good prices available, depending on the day (we paid 1/4 of the rack rate).

The location was excellent just next to the Blue Mosque and the staff of the Hotel were very kind. Also very clean. It was good have a tea pot specially for the asian people who likes tea very much. Its right beside the blue masque and aya sofia and harem museum and the tram which can take you to grand bazar in 2 mins.. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Roomz are very clean and and new and modern. Breakfast was great.. Special thanks to mr inan for guiding us to see all the nice and historic places in Istanbul. The staff were amazing and helpful and wonderful and nice. The rooms were very nice and seemed new! They had everything you could need - including toiletries, TV, electric water heater, mini bar, great breakfast, clean, and the location - fabulous. and all for such a reasonable price! The staff really did go out of their way to help me. The Aristocrat hotel is just perfect for staying in the Old City Sultanahmet. Due to its perfect location there's a stunning view of the Blue Mosque from the windows. The hotel is very close to Grand Bazaar, shops and cafes. It boasts cosy rooms, free wifi and rather good breakfast. The hotel staff is very friendly and offers help 24/7. This hotel has a 7 to 9 member team and every single one of them is so hospitable and friendly that it really did feel like home, the location is absolutely brilliant you step out of your hotel and you have the blue mosque in front of you and Hagia Sophia behind you. Malik and his team keep up the great work, will visit again. Staff was welcoming, friendly and provided us with many suggestions of tours, sites, shopping and food. The hotel also provides good value for money, rooms are clean, with smart furnishing and the bathrooms look like they have been recently renovated. Breakfast was simple but good. Rooms are somewhat small, which could be a detractor if you are planning on being in the room a lot (we weren't). Nothing, really. The roof terrace was often used as a smoking area. Thought all doors are closed, the hallway (on the floor below) and the a/c often smelled like and old ashtray after someone took his cigarette break. One our first night they put us in room 501 which was a make shift room, curtains were nailed to the wall, the ceiling was a soft ceiling and it was obvious renovations of the room were not complete yet. They moved us into another room the next day but I was very disappointed with the quality of the room on our first night. I would still recommend the aristocrat but you have to mention in your booking that you do not want to stay in room 501. Lobby small. The breakfast room was a bit small,and a lot of nearby hotels had breakfast room on roof terrace,whereas aristrocat breakfast room was ground floor.that said not many rooms in hotel,so never really had a problem getting a table. Only hiccup is their rather spartan roof terrace - if you want top-notch terrace, this is not your place - we had view of Blue Mosque from room, so not an issue for us - cannot go wrong with this place!. The hotel does not have any public rooms apart from the basement breakfast room and the roof terrace but that did not bother us as we were out sight seeing all day. Our room was a bit small but, again, considering the location and reasonable price we were very happy staying there. Dont be surprised when you arrive, the hotel is really small, but for us it was just advantage. the breakfast which was just too standard, with NO fresh juice in a town where they sell fresh juice on every street corner: they had sugared squash! Coffee was undrinkable and there were no local products. the space in the room was really minimal, the duvet too narrow for two people (it is just the size of the bed!). It was all fine really, only improvement i can really think of could be freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. no parking area..:(. snacks should be offered in hotel especially at roof top. Nothing,i went alone,for solo traveler is the number 1. nothing. The breakfast food was left uncovered and there were flies on the food. Nothing, everything was perfect!. Twin beds weren't the most comfortable ones. Bed rather large for the small room. Can be noisy until 11pm - there is an open terrace restaurant right across the hotel with everyday live singers. Small room. Breakfest Small rooms. Tours sold at lobby. Doors could be more soundproof on ground floor.
