The sogut was a great hotel clean and comfortable the staff trıed theır hardest to communıcate ın englısh.I would not hesıtate to stay there agaın. I appreciated the reduced rate by booking on line and it was better than the photos i looked at :). All staff so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We could not praise them enough. An excellent choice - very quiet and friendly. Would gladly stay there again.

Only one out of the three receptionists-who would work in shifts- could communicate in English, which was a bigproblem. Trying to have them understand about any problems that we werehaving was a great deal of a problem. My friend's room looked to a very small place with full of air-condition machines(around 15 pieces).Otherwise everything was very good!!. the hotel was further away from the centre of the old city than i thought, so the description on the website is a little misleading. After arriving at 10.30pm was a bit disappointed we couldnt get a sandwich at the hotel, or a snack of some sort.It's a bit far from the main sights. The elevator is noisy and could be heard in our room. There was not anykind of hotelinfo about roomservises etc at all in the room. The cleaners did not clean my room during my 4 day stay. The room was empty during the days. But they only took one trashcan every day for cleaning, nothing else at all.... Position, rather noisy. High prices for the dinner, bar. Hotel staff language was very bad. Smoking in all places.... :(.
