The staff were friendly, the hotel in general I would not rate as a 4 start hotel, but it had the facilities required for a basic hotel. The location was great and very close to public transportation. There is a beautiful mosque close to the hotel. By 15-20 minute walking you can go to Hagia Sophia, and old city, grand bazaar and... The rooms were a bit small and the street was a little noisy but that could be said about any hotel in the area. The Wifi was not working in the room the first 3 days of our stay, they fixed it after but the connection was very weak.
