Location is good. Very easy to get food area, local market, supermarket, tourism streets/attractions, Tiffany show and Pattaya beach. From here, we can easy to find out an outdoor/indoor restaurant to enjoy the evening or walking from tourism areas to quite side. The hotel staffs those we met were really nice and supportive. They helped to call local taxi, guide to reach places we would want to go. There are 2 swimming pools and we can enjoying swimming for the whole day. Breakfast was really n.
all reviews » Staff is friendly and room is clean. Location is good, which is near to Tiffany show. Quiet too, which allows a good rest. Tuk-tuk can be easily seen on the beach road, heading towards walking street. Money exchange & 7-11 is just around the corner. Safe box and other facilities work well. A short 5mins walk to the beach. They have additional 2 pool towels in each room which is lovely. Breakfast is simple, but good enough (their fruits are fresh & juicy). Pool was good size and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and available until 11am. Rooms were clean and well maintained, comfortable and had most the things you need - except a hair drier. We were a large (14) group of visitors and the staff were very helpful and amenable. Very good location only a short songtow ride into town, and there was a 7-11, bowling alley & subway very close. - The hotel was very clean and tidy always -The breakfast included was awesome with so many varieties of food -Swimming pool was clean and hygienic along-with a bar having chilled beer - Walking distance from Beach Road but far from Walking Street, however, one can easily take a public tuk tuk for only 10 Baht :). A short trip to all the shopping malls and markets. Short walk to tasty local food prepared and served in an outdoor eating area and market.Wonderful massage shop across the street. The hotel staff was friendly and the beakfast is good. The hotel is located very close to the Central Center Shopping mall and it was easy to get to the city center and back on tuk tuk. The location is really good that Tiffiny Show & Big C are near by. 5 mins road to the beach. Although a lot of bars are next to the hotel, it is really silent to stay there. I stayed in this hotel few time and I like the location. Location... Behind for everyting... Clean room. Location is far from Walking Street and Central Plaza, which is around 10-15mins walk. Otherwise it is a great hotel for family and budget traveller. Checkout was a little painful, took over 20 minutes for me to checkout and I had already paid the cost of the room when I arrived. I liked everything about this hotel ;). Breakfast. Air conditioning in room stopped cooling every couple of hours at night and during the day. If anything, it was a bit of a walk to get from my room to breakfast each day. The breakfast was limited and poor for a hotel of this quality. After drinking a glass of apple juice and leaving it on the table, I noticed that it had a lot of small ants inside! I guess this is the problem in many places of there though. Approach to the hotel was through narrow road,was worried about quality of hotel.changed my view after our stay. I found the breakfast area was reasonable but the food which was good was not as nice as at some other places I have stayed in Thailand. The room was noisy beacuase of some construction work and other guests were loud around 2-3 am. Workmen making noise, pool bar last orders 21.30, bed a little hard for my liking. WiFi are limited and with password. Simple Deluxe room is not new. the bed , a lttle to hard for me !. Nothing in particular (only once the foyer toilets were very dirty). Beach and we didnt like Pattaya. little bit far from Walking street,. Reception staff were very good in particular. House keeping, room service and restaurant staff were not very conversant in English. Communication proved to be a hiccup very often. Waiting for the lift, getting locked out on the balcony by the cleaner, bad drain in the shower. Nothing. Reception. many Russia people.... poor soundproofing in rooms. Lack of seating at breakfast. Initial problem with a/c. Construction nearby makes use of the pool noisy, but there are other quieter pools in the complex. not faceing sea beach. There was only 2 pillow :(. The staff had attitude.So very ignorant.Not even a single smile in my 5 days stay.Very reluctant to give any type of information. if to be picky long walk to Sabi Lodge for breakfast but really not to bad. The attitude of Cashier and front desk not very friendly. Nothing. did not get room whitch i paid in australia had to pay more money not happy. Mosquitoes!. Breakfast... No halal food...
