Location - close to the beach. Can just walk and it is safe to walk alone at night. Room - it seems it can accommodate for more than 4 person in my room. Spacious and they have bath tub + hand bidet for the toilet. I like! For Muslims, many hawker sells chicken kebab on the street. It is halal and delicious. Cheap too (comparing to the portion). If you want more selections, go to the mall nearby (sorry, forgot the name but easy to walk to) and the have Central Festival which laid inside a Arab/.
all reviews » Good location away from busy main strip. Lots of bars close by with live bands. Shopping mall, fast food etc at top of road on main road. 15 mins walk down road to good indoor shopping market area. Beach just 1-2 mins walk away. Good sized room with everything you need. Helpful staff. Spacious room :-), very clean, very attentive porter and desk folks. 150 yards from big C shopping complex :-), also 150 yards to the beach. 20 baht taxi ride to the night life!!. The place is good clean,helpful staff you can use the pool in the facing hotel great pool relaxing as it is for the same owners also the restaurant is facing the hotel. Very large rooms and super sized bed made for a pleasant stay. The cleaning staff on my floor were very professional and helpful, often providing information that the reception were uninterested in doing. Staff were friendly and attentive when I had a problem with my door latch. Location is not quite central but is only a few steps from the Baht bus. Clean, comfortable and peaceful environment. What really annoyed us is the front office manager as we checked in we needed help to order two tickets to fly to Phuket so he said that he will take a 200 baht for each as a kind of commission I was ok with that but it ends up that he cheated us by taking nearly 5500 baht which is around 200$ and when asking him about it he said this is the way it is here in Thailand how cheating is that so please take care dealing with this guy. Hotels rooms not the cleanest or daily room cleaning that great. I had a supposedly clean towel left in the bathroom after one room clean which had large blood marks on it when I complained to reception I was told it could not possibly have been left by the cleaning staff but failed to explain how it could of got in to my bathroom and onto my towel rail. aircon too strong. Swimming pool was in the next building across the road. No balcony. Its a little out of way walking street 30 min walk, but that can be a good thing lol. some of the power points in the rooms need renewing / replacing. The aircon temperature controller is awful. ... U have to call the reception every time to adjust the temperature. .... Aircon was too cold and not adjustable. No control on the AC temp. Good breakfast across the street is not included, will cost you 200 bht, rooms are run down and the tv chanels are not great !!! there are like 7 arab chanels, 3 french, 2 germans, how about some espn football playoffs ????? with a little effort you can get much better a block or 2 walking away from the beach !! love pattaya :-)))). The staff attitude and knowledge of the hotel was poor. The senior staff were fine, but the ladies on reception didn't like their jobs or the hotel guests. Shared swimming pool which is not at the hotel. They are not very guest friendly. You pay for a double room but the hotel policy does not allow your guest to use any of the facilities of the hotel. AC is not under control Some noisy at night Room light is bad. Nothing worth to be mentioned. noisy at night. No view and no windows to see outside.
