An overall impression looks really good and particular for the front desk girl (with round face, big eyes, polly tail - not sure her name) who is really helpful when I lost Iphone 5 at Pattaya beach. She tried to borrow her cellphone to check all necessary stuff. I'm really appreciated with what she did to assist me. She is a really role model to her teammates. Well done. all reviews » friendly staffs, easily get the local transport, 7-11 in front of the hotel, quiet atmosphere, easily get to the beach, food center in front of the hotel where we can get delicious dinner inexpensively. Just beside Tiffanys show,close to the super market Big C and the beach. 10 minutes walk to the sea food market. Good location near to beach and walking street. Cooperative staff. Clean rooms . nice swimming pool. This hotel locates 400m from the beach,also near the city center.-the staff is helpful. Very small bath rooms. You can just stand in it . improper location of mirror. Nothing to hang your clothes in room and no place to keep your make up kit. Just single chair in room for 2 people. I will try to choose another hotel if will visit pattaya again. Many things can be improved with just little common sense by hotel administration. Nothing. Pool is close very early due to no spotlight. Bar and restaurant are a bit overpriced. Last, there is a construction site behind the hotel. Heavy constraction next door wich starts from early morning till sunset. Nothing. A lot of tour groups stay here, so the reception area can be crowded and chaotic at times. Room look small, and no room service. bathroom was very small. very boring, corporate and vanila rooms designs and interiors. can add a little bit of variety and touch of vibrancy to make it a more relevant and personalised stay. TV not loud enough very annoying grrr. No Room Service. Construction happening beside, u cant really relax and sleep beside the pool because of the noise. . So so hotel.. (Fasilitasnya standar, harga mahal). 1. It's a completely non-smoking hotel. However, letsbookhotel.com did not inform us about that, we were even asked about our smoking preference. 2. Rooms are very small 3. Bathroom is extremely small and the facilities are old. You must have strong mind to deal with them because they will lose your mind and make you angry. Rooms are super small No toiletries AC not cooling. I will ask the customer not to book this hotel on internet. The charges are high on the internet. I booked this hotel i.e. twin bed room at 2172 INR per night. Actually when I saw there it was 1860 INR per night. Service. Rooms were tooooo small and mattress were not cleaned.. Very proffesional No hospitality at all.
