Reception @ cleaning staff very pleasant and friendly and informative.Mini bar well stocked. Good pool area. Top Bar @ restuarant.2nd room was occupied by transgender friend who was well liked and accepted.Over road from beack.James Bond Island with Barracuda dive excellent. hotel location is very near bangla road . it is near very noisy street but at the morning time hotel garden gives very silence envoirement. even live street life and also silence garden togather are so nice.... we glad so much...

Beautiful place with lots of trees and plants, they even have cages with rabbits and some birdies. service, food food, drinks, staff. staff very friendly & helpful. Everything was almost amazing. staff is very freindly. Location and privcy. staff and food was wonderful, great for those on a budget but want somewhere clean and safe. The staff were very understanding and cancelled my booking but still charged for the one night, I really felt they should have refunded the lot. The breakfast was just ok but at least in a more modern setting. My room little bit noisy from Bangla Nitelife although other room wasnt .Had to pay 500 bht for extra in room but alot of hotels etc are classed as not guest friendly. What I didn't like was loads and loads of rats in the area. Hotel management should do something about it. I wouldn't recommend families with children stay there. It's not safe for kids. Another thing I didn't like was the bed linen and towels. Bed linen was grey (used to be white maybe 10 years ago) and smelly. Same with towels colour. Another thing was smell in rooms - stinky and dump. smoking. breakfasts ordinary. A little bit the smell of the room maybe because of the humidity since the hotel is next to the beach. hotel is little old with lots of mosquitoes which could be so annoying. a little noisey at night in our room from a nightclub at rear, room leaked when raining, building work being done on site. Loud - Music at Night as right next to Party Strip - Construction noise at breakfast area Very busy / party area. Facilities could be updated. Clean piles of towels leave on my balcony and cleaner interrupt to my balcony while I sat at balcony. (Room 037). U can't sleep, to much noise and mosquito ,. Mosquito swarms. Rats running over my terrace. rooms smelt damp and very old,pool area also old small and not maintained and the noise level from Bangalar Road went all night and I had no sleep at all and you could hear everything in the next room >flushing of toilets wardrobe doors opening and closing and voices. Very close to bangla road noisy music all night.
