We booked one night away from being busy parents on our honeymoon and had an amazing time at La Flora. A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. A lovely lady could not wait to take us to our room and show us the honeymoon cake, decorations and special things they had arranged for us. The free mini bar is a great idea and there is a lot of attention to detail. The restaurant was lovely and the food was good, amazing spot to watch the sun set over the water. Loved the location so close to Bangala .
all reviews » If you decide to stay in Patong, this place has a great location, with immediate access to the sea, a short walk to all shopping and night-life venues. The service is excellent both by reception and concierge,... Any program you can organise with the help of the concierge locally. The breakfast is OK, too. Well, it's definitely not top-luxury, but clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Definitely gay-friendly, the gay beach is right behind the hotel. Excellent location. Nothing. being so close to the busy town center there can sometimes be a bit of noise. This is not so much of a problem for us, but could be a problem for people who are travelling with young kids. nothing to comment, it was great. Food could have been better. The room service food wasn't up to par. Bit noizy. You have to pay for everything without tolerance. Extra bed means they give you cover for the existing sofa. No tolerance for any cost, I was about to cancel my stay due to few hundreds of BHT comparing to more than 50000 BHT cost of accomodation paid already. -Entrance hall is very hot , noisy and humidity from outside(no door to be closed) we had wait for pick up car for the tour than fixed pan. - Drain valve of bathtub is very difficult to open to drain water aftr use -light near the mirror is too dark for lady make up. It's little bit expensive. Absolutely nothining. Overpriced. Can get cheaper deals at same vicinity. Breakfast buffet has very standard selection which does not justify the cost. not worth, too expensive, staff & food is not up to standard. The shortage of the staff, the breakfast is not like level of 5 stars,. over priced, not as clean as I would have expected. Too expensive. Reat.
